Our technical service support starts well before we ever propose a solution, and continues through the product application lifecycle. Based on our team’s diverse experience and understanding of catalyst science, our engineers and scientists perform regular reviews of a customer’s operation, including a detailed survey of unit operating conditions and constraints, catalyst performance, and desired future product properties, yields, and economics. Before making a catalyst recommendation, our R&D team will perform screening studies to identify the most suitable product and formulation. Commercial yields are then estimated using recognized industry standard modeling.
From the start of a new catalyst application, our technical service team regularly makes site visits to review ongoing unit operating data, evaluate catalyst performance, and make suggestions to maximize the value of Rezel’s high performance products. Meanwhile, based on our team’s hands-on operating and troubleshooting experience, our technical service engineers and R&D team are always available to support troubleshooting.
