GOX
Additive for ongoing high but variable gasoline octane demand with minimum propylene
Rezel-GOX FCC gasoline octane enhancement additive combines several Rezel proprietary technologies to control acid site strength, density, stability, and location, as well as maximizing accessibility to those acid sites. The proper balance of these components promotes isomerization activity over cracking activity to maximize octane.
Rezel's proprietary, moderate activity, high silica-to-alumina (HSAR) ZSM-5 zeolite utilized in Rezel-GOX is stabilized by Rezel's patented transition metal technology which improves isomerization activity for the conversion of light gasoline paraffins. Rezel's meso-pore enlargement matrix technology is also employed to maximize accessibility and reduce coking of the additive.
The isomerization activity of Rezel's HSAR ZSM-5, improved hydrothermal zeolite stability, and improved accessibility, increases gasoline octane number with a much lower increase in LPG associated with other available ZSM-5 based additives. Rezel-GOX has excellent physical properties with low attrition index.
Rezel-GOX does not impact operating conditions, including throughput or regenerator temperature if the fresh catalyst addition rate is maintained.
