News, Shanghai, March 7, 2026 - REZEL Catalysts Corporation has been awarded a contract to supply catalysts for a 600,000‑ton CATOFIN™ propane dehydrogenation (PDH) unit operated by Lihuayi Weiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. in China.
Under the agreement, REZEL will supply approximately 1,000 tons of its REZEL‑FXB PDH catalyst and heat‑generating additives. All materials are scheduled for delivery to the project site by March 12. The catalysts will replace the start‑up catalyst previously supplied by Clariant.
This marks REZEL’s second contract for a CATOFIN™ PDH unit. In a prior project for Hebei Haihang Petrochemical Co., Ltd., REZEL’s catalysts have enabled stable operations at 105–107% of design capacity since full replacement in May 2024.
