A step forward to decrease FCCU SO2, NOx and PM2.5 emissions
Rezel has successfully developed an environmental friendly catalyst which can significantly reduce FCCU SO2, NOX, and PM2.5 emissions. With the addition of sulfur transfer and NOx reduction
components into the catalyst formulation, this product can reduce 50% of SOx and 30% of NOx in the FCCU flue gas.
REZEL-SNP also features lower attrition and lower fines content. The PM of FCCU flue gas can be kept to an extremely low level, up to 50% lower than common FCC catalysts.
As a catalyst to maximize the liquid yield of products for customers, REZEL-SNP showed a high gasoline and propylene selectivity supported by high activity zeolite and high rare earth.The light yield increased more than 1% when evaluated against competitors’ conventional catalysttechnology.
