Rezel has successfully developed an environmental friendly catalyst which can reduce the SO2, NOX and PM2.5 emission in FCCU significantly. With the addition of sulfur transfer and De-NOx component into the catalyst formulation, this product can reduce 50% of the SOx and 30% of NOx in the flue gas of FCCU.
REZEL-SNP also has the feature of lower attrition and less fine particles. The PM of FCCU flue gas can be kept in an extremely low level, even 50% lower than common FCC catalyst.
As a catalyst to maximize the liquid yield of products for customers, REZEL-SNP showed a high gasoline and propylene selectivity by the help of highly activity zeolite and high content of rare earth. The light yield increased more than 1% when evaluated with the competitors’ catalysts with existing technology.
