Based on Rezel's patented SAPO-34 Zeolite technology, Rezel-MTO catalyst is developed to fluidized bed reaction in MTO process.
In order to avoid fast deactivation by aromatic coke, SAPO-34 zeolite is applied to be more stable using continuous movement of catalyst circulation in transport reactor and uniform product distribution.
Rezel-MTO catalyst has a high conversion of methanol to olefins. Special pore size, and acidity of SAPO-34 zeolite create a breakthrough way for methanol conversion rate and enhanced olefin yields.
Compared with existing commercial catalyst, Rezel-MTO catalyst has a better attrition index and reasonable pore size distribution.
