EGA

The Rezel-EGA catalyst technologies utilize synthetic ZSM-5 zeolites, γ-Al2O3 and are installed in fixed-bed reactors to catalyze the alkylation in the liquid phase.

Rezel-EGA catalysts are white cylinders in a diameter of 1.5-1.6 mm and length of 2-13 mm, bulk density of 0.60-0.64 g/ml and Crush strength of 70-80 N/mm. It can be used for the catalysis of benzene and ethylene alkylation process in liquid phase. Its excellent alkylating activity, good ethyl-benzene selectivity and long activated stability have been reached by compound material of nanometer molecular sieve as main activated composition.
