Based on the deep investigation of poison and deactivation mechanism by Na, Fe, Ni and V, Rezel has successfully developed new series of water-soluble metal passivator to deactivate the metals of Na, Fe, Ni and V at the same time. Rezel-WMP passivators are in liquid and water soluble.
A patented component in Rezel-WMP, will form a highly stable compound when contact metals. The high boiling point disperser makes the passivator to have a high stability, high decomposing temperature and excellent-distribution on the catalysts. The superior properties of small size and large specific surface area of active component enhance the contact of passivator with metals, and trap the contaminating metals efficiently.
