Rezel-PXI is a high-performance platinum on zeolite and alumina catalyst for xylene isomerization and ethylbenzene reforming, providing a maximum paraxylene (PX) yield.
The high activity of Rezel-PXI promotes a very high conversion of ethylbenzene to paraxylene, allowing for the processing of paraxylene depleted C8 aromatics streams with high levels of ethylbenzene.
The high activity of Rezel-PXI also contributes to higher stability and longer catalyst life, and therefore a longer cycle length.
