In FCCU, Rezel-COP CO combustion promoter improves the thermal balance of the regenerator and energy balance effectively. The relative CO conversion can reach 90%. Rezel-COP also raises the regenerating coke-burning intensity, and avoids secondary combustion. This product enhances the catalysts’ activity and selectivity, improves the operating stability, and reduces the atmospheric pollution significantly.
Rezel-COP is formulated according to the different feedstocks and product pattern, specific density γ-Al2O3 are used as supporter, platinum as active component. Good thermal stability, long life, large specific surface area, average size distribution and high conversion all play fundamental roles on reducing energy consumption, increasing gasoline induction-period, reducing carbon content in regenerated catalysts, as well as increasing conversion level.
